About Joe
Joe Paschal’s journey into leadership consulting didn’t happen overnight. It’s the result of nearly two decades of hands-on leadership experience in the nonprofit sector. Throughout his career, Joe has been bringing teams together and unlocking their potential, often stepping in to help organizations find cohesion and improve performance. Whether directing US Operations at World Relief, serving in senior leadership at LifePoint Church, or serving on two boards for non-profit organizations, he thrives in roles where team dynamics and leadership are at the heart of success.
Joe’s ability to inspire and guide others became evident as he was called upon repeatedly to speak to businesses, nonprofits, and teams facing complex challenges. The more he helped others solve leadership puzzles, the more he realized he had found his calling: helping leaders and teams succeed by getting healthier and understanding their unique strengths. This realization gave birth to JB Paschal Consulting.
Joe’s leadership isn’t just about theory. It’s about actionable strategies grounded in real-world experience. He continues to serve as Pastor of Adult Ministries at LifePoint Church, balancing his role as a consultant with his commitment to his community and his family in Manchester, Maryland, where he lives with his wife Becky and their three children.
When he’s not helping leaders grow, Joe is often biking between Maryland and Pennsylvania or pursuing his love for BBQ—a passion he honed while competing on a team in KCBS-sanctioned contests.
